Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at khadisaree.com.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Khadisaree

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to khadisaree.com, accessible from https://khadisaree.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped, by mailing us all the details at contact@khadisaree.com

Conditions for Returns/Exchange

For domestic shipments, all items to be returned/exchanged/refunded must meet the following conditions:

  1. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  4. A Return/Exchange request must be raised within 5 Days of receiving the product by mailing us on contact@Khadisaree.com with your order ID and other necessary information.
  5. The product would be picked in 2-3 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  6. Alterations would be done only once. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.

Certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange/Returns:

  1. Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 5 Days.
  2. Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you had received.
  3. Product is damaged due to non-adhrerence to the wash and care instructions.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Refund Policy:

  1. If you have made the payment through your bank account or You can provide your Alternative Payment Options by mail us contact@Khadisaree.com the refund will be credited to the bank account details provided by you.
  2. If you have made the payment as cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide us with your bank account details and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account details provided by you. Khadisaree shall not be liable to you in case incorrect bank account details have been provided by you.
  3. Refunds would be processed within 2-4 days after the product is cancelled/received by us.
